I started teaching English in 1996. I helped coach track and cheerleading. I began counseling in 2004-Present.

I married to my best friend Brian McClain in October of 1991.  We have four grown children: Breanna, Skylar, Christian and Hailey.  As of 2017, Breanna has graduated college and finished her first year of teaching at Will Rogers in McAlester. Beginning in the Fall of 2017, she will come back home to bless us at Talihina to teach 7^th grade English and Special Ed… Both Skylar and Christian are attending the Massey School of Business at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  Hailey, the baby, is now a senior at Talihina High School with hopes of attending a university and cheering while there.

I am always at the school, but when I am not I like to swim and shop!
